I would say let her pick (and screw what everyone else says)! She can stand up with you at the altar either way

Why not ask her what she prefers? Give her a little breakdown of what each entails and let her pick!

See what she wants to do! At that age she can be either and she could even be both throw the flowers and stand up next to you. If she is more comfortable with one and not the other than do that!

I agree about letting her choose. That's what we did with one of my flower girls since she was 11. She was so excited to be a flower girl.

I agree to let her pick. My eight year old said she's too old to be a flower girl and that the ring bearer has a more important job. So she's the ring bearer.

She can be whatever you want her to be. Age does not matter.

She is the perfect age to be a flower girl .for my wedding I had two flower girls and one was 9 and the other one was 10 they were both sisters.. worked out perfect..

What a cutiepie! I say she can be whatever she wants to be. I have a niece who will be 10 at the wedding who will be a Junior Bridesmaid and a younger niece who will be 7 who will be the flower girl. I could have easily made them both flower girls as well. Congrats!

Either would be fine! My two nieces are our flower girls, one will be a month shy of 11 and the other is 7. She'd make a beautiful flower girl or junior bridesmaid

My nieces are 8 and 10 and requested to be jr bridesmaids because they think itll be cool to wear "dresses like the big girls" lol I say let her pick.
