Flower petals for the aisle

If you're doing petals down your aisle, How many did you buy? I was thinking a couple hundred would be sufficient but I used a calculator on this site petal garden.com and it is saying I will need 5,000! Does that sound right? I'm not having a flower girl or anyone throw them I just want the aisle...

If you're doing petals down your aisle, How many did you buy? I'm not having a flower girl or anyone throw them I just want the aisle to be pre decorated with petals around the edges.

    Ty Ms. B I sound dumb but I didn't know that florists did the petals too. I always see them in craft stores and such and I thought it was something I had to buy and figure out myself. That would be wonderful to have a florist do it. I was wondering who I'd get to lay them down and clean them up anyway. Ugh I'm oblivious to everything
