Hi,

I have a wedding I'm holding in Midtown in Manhattan. I have some quotes from florists that I'd like to benchmark with the rest of you who have gotten wedding flowers before to sense check the pricing I'm getting. Can you guys let me know what your feedback is?

This is the quote I received.

AVERAGE PRICES:

Bride: $ 200.00

Attendants: Single flower foliage, tie with ribbon, wrap stems @$ 20.00 ea.

Boutonnieres: $ 10.00 ea

Corsages: $ 20.00 ea

Tall centerpieces: Bursting tall curly willow branches with blush dendrobium orchids attached to the branches. Candles suspended from the branches @$300.00ea.

Short centerpieces: Set up of stacked books topped with a rented lantern accent of flowers @ $100ea.

Delivery set up transition and pick up of equipment after reception $ 400.00

Delivery to church $100

I'm in Westchester and paid similar prices. My bouquet was $200 for white dendrobium orchids, white roses, and stephanotis, $25 each for bouts, corsages, and flower girl baskets, $20 for aisle markers, $75 each for low centerpieces consisting of white hydrangea, white roses, and Casablanca lilies, with a touch of curly willow, BM bouquets were $65 each, $75 for MOH with the same flowers as the centerpieces, and the pergola was $500, also white dendrobium orchids (just for the flowers and labor, the vine pergola itself is a permanent structure at our venue). Gold mercury glass votives were rented from the florist for $4/piece.

Those prices actually look great to me.
I'm not in NY but in SF (also very high COL) and I paid similar prices, if not more for what you are describing.

Quote is about the same as mine and I’m in Philly. I choose them because they do all the work for both the ceremony and reception.
