Flowers for October wedding???

LINDA, on May 7, 2013 at 1:52 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 8

Hi everyone!!! Smiley smile

We are getting marry on October 26, 2013 and I am not planning on decorating my wedding with the whole fall theme or color because I really would like to have a lot of white, greenery or soft pink just to kinda make it pop out a little bit. I am a bit curious about flowers and if those colors would be available for me around the time for our wedding. I don't know what would be in season so therefore it makes me kind of nerves on what kind of flowers I could get to get my centerpieces to look like some of these pictures that I have attach. I just don't really want to spend any extra money for flowers that aren't in season. Just want to know if it's possible for me to find any type of flowers in the color scheme that I am wanting to go for without breaking the bank.

Hydrangeas, baby's breath and roses are almost always available.

I will be using white roses and hydrangeas.

The first pic is white hydrangeas, white peonies and baby's breath (peonies are in season only in spring early summer and always at a premium price)

2nt white hydrangea, Vandella roses and white dendrobium orchid (all are easily available all year long)

3rd Baby's breath (Million star) white dedrobium orchids in vase. (all year long availability)

Im doing identical 3 flowers in white/cream!!! crazy! im october too Smiley smile you must have great taste Smiley winking

and yes, my florist said all 3 will be available, but that the hydrangeas could cost the most, so im doing white roses with lots of babys breath most likely.

    congrats!

Hydrangeas might be a little pricier, but they're big flowers so you'd need less of them than you would some other options.

We are using fake flowers to save money. And we can use whatever we want since they don't have to be in season!

    Just another option Smiley smile
