I have no clue how many flowers to buy. I'm using primarily greenery and baby's breath. We'll have 4 12' tables and 6 round, as well as wanting to have a little to use for bridesmaids... How many stems do I need for each table?

What kind of look are you going for? How are they going to be arranged? Are you only doing baby’s breath?

Just baby's breath. Pretty much exactly as pictured. Mostly greens with babys breath sprinkled through

Some baby's breath varieties are bushier than others, but generally I'd say you're looking at 8-10 stems per hoop for a full look equivalent to what you posted, 1-1/2 stem per bout, 12-15 stems per round table. The garland you posted has no baby's breath, but if you do want baby's breath there, I'd estimate 4-5 stems per foot of garland.

Keep in mind that this could vary a lot depending on how bushy your babys breath is! I recommend getting a bunch in advance for practice so you can estimate more accurately!
