We are having a dessert bar with a larger selection, but our small cake will be a naked cake! SO very little buttercream and topped with Chocolate Ganache!

Between fondant or buttercream I'll take buttercream every time. Fondant is gorss! However for our cake we're having whipped frosting. FH favorite 😊

Buttercream! We both think fondant is griss. Luckily the cake that comes with our venue is made of Buttercream bc most people don't like the way fondant tastes

Buttercream all the way! It tastes better, and a good baker can make it just as elegant as fondant. Also it’s less expensive.

Buttercream! Even if I LIKED fondant, FH would probably divorce me immediately if we walked into the reception and he saw that I ruined our cake with fondant, LOL.
