Food menus

I dont think you can make meals available for specific groups. You can create these options for everyone - adult: chicken, adult: vegan, child: mac and cheese, child: chicken tenders. People should have enough common sense to pick adult meals for adults and kids meals for kids

You can design your own reply cards on canva.com detailing each entree. For example, what flavor/preparation is chicken? What is the vegetarian option specifically?

The reply cards would say:

Switch out guests' names for each one. That can be printed at a local print shop

Then aften you tally the results, each choice gets a different color placecard. The solid colored tent cards like you see on Etsy with names on the outside and and table assignments on the inside. Give the color key to the caterer so their waitstaff knows who gets which meal. Extremely easy.

I think it will be easiest to read if you list each meal choice and add "children's" or "kid's" in front of the kid's meals!
