Food Tracking

Amanda, on August 4, 2019 at 8:19 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 3

I created a food tracking excel spreadsheet (my obsession with excel continues) to track my food/beverage intake to lose and keep weight off for the wedding. I also track my exercise on the same spreadsheet. I have managed to maintain the spreadsheet for a week and have lost 2lbs by simply keeping myself aware of what's actually going on each day with my diet and exercise. Accountability for food/beverages has never been a strong point for me and I'm terrible at counting calories so this actually works for me!! If anyone else is having issues with keeping track of food/exercise this is a great tool.
