I need some help with what to serve. My FH is Venezuelan and we both like typical Dominican food and most of our guests are Latinos.

Serve what you want, but for the guests that are not Latinx, make sure you have something that is more "normal" for them to eat. I'm a Latina and I say this because some may not like yuca but they love rice.
Also consider signs near each food explaining what it is and the heritage attached to it. It's a great way to include guests in your heritage.
