For anyone looking for a healthy food and exercise plan! FIT GIRLS GUIDE!

samantha, on May 24, 2015 at 6:21 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 5

I cannot say enough good things about Fit Girls Guide (fitgirlsguide.com). It is a series of fun, girly books. They cost about $20/each. They are available electronically and include full meal and full exercise plan for 28 days. You buy and prep all the food (I love the food and FH really enjoys it too!) yourself (yes, time consuming, but totally worth it to have everything prepared so that you are able to make healthy choices). They also give vegetarian and vegan alternatives to all recipes.

Each workout is 30 minutes and there is no gym or workout equipment required, which is a huge money saver. It can be tailored to any fitness level.

I have completed one round of 28 Day Jumpstart and am already down 8lbs. It's not even the number on the scale that matters. I feel so much stronger, healthier and confident. I am looking forward to continuing on this path up until our wedding and long after.

Just wanted to get the word out to any bride looking for a legit lifestyle change!

Ditto. I used the fitgirlguide to jumpstart mu workouts in September. It was fabulous. I had to add more protein to my plan. It just want enough food for me and my goal wasn't weight loss, but the rest was wonderful.

I've used fit girls guide too! I like it because the food takes minimal time to prepare and the portions are manageable to where you're not starving . The grocery lists are also pretty cheap. I added some protein shakes though because I lift and kick box so I needed more calories!

I keep thinking I want to try this for June and July, but I keep failing at diets so it makes me nervous.

I have heard alot of good things though.

@NotAllWhoWanderAreLost Please try it! There is an exceptional social media support group attached to Fit Girls Guide. You will have the privilege of connecting with real women with real bodies on their journey to a healthy, happier place. The reason I tried it in the first place was because I stumbled upon their Instagram account @fitgirlsguide.

@Alexis Try following their Instagram account that I listed above. Girls post pictures and descriptions of the food all the time. It will give you a better idea of the type of food on the meal plan.
