Is this dress appropriate for a Texas “formal requested” wedding? The back is open so it’s modest but sexy.

    It’s a beautiful dress, but I would not consider tha formal. Formals are usually solid color evening gowns

    It's pretty but it fits the default semiformal that weddings fall into. Formal on a social invite is fancier NYE type attire. Cocktail dresses and the like.
