Fort Lauderdale Beach Wedding

Hello All!

We are going down to Fort Lauderdale to get married on the beach. I realize that there isn't a beach permit fee for a wedding but we have no clue where at on the beach we should go. The wedding is on a Friday in February, and the ceremony will be at 4. Is there a specific location that you think would be better than another? Preferably a location that had a decent amount of parking.

    I’m not sure if all the rules and what not but I would look into Lauderdale By the Sea. It’s pretty and not as busy as some other spots

    Thank you Raphaella. I spoke with the Lauderdale By the Sea parks & rec a couple weeks ago, they said there isn't a lot of parking around there and seemed like they were trying to steer me away from holding it on their beach. We're from Michigan I have no clue about where to go down there.

    Hmm the parking isn’t horrible depending on how many people you’re having. My friend also found a company that sets everything up for small weddings on the beach down here for pretty cheap. May help to look into something like that.
