Just thought I would add a forum on the lingo used here. After being on here for months I think I’ve finally got it all down. Haha. Please feel free to add any I’m missing.


DB - Davids Bridal

DH- dearest husband/darling husband

DS- dearest spouse/darling spouse

FH - Future Husband

FW- Future Wife

FMIL/MIL - Future Mother in Law/Mother in Law

FFIL/FIL - Future Father in Law/Father in Law

SIL- sister in law

MOH - Maid of Honor

BM- Bridesmaids

BM- Best Man

GM - Groomsmen

FG- Flower Girl

RB - Ring Bearer

MOB - Mother of the bride

FOB - Father of the Bride

DOC- Day of Coordinator

MOC- month of coordinator

MUA- Make up Artist

TTC - Trying to conceive

BAM- back and married (I think? Lol)

WW- wedding wire
