Forwarding your Wedding Wire Domain

I see that others have issues with this, and I want to know as well. I am not happy with the RSVP features on the WW website, but have already purchased my domain name through you guys. I would like to have my domain forward to another site. How do I accomplish this?

So far I have been told by wedding wire that this is not possible and I am absolutely frustrated and dissatisfied. I know that their domains are hosted through EuroDNS, and they are telling me that wedding wire has to initiate the forwarding. Wedding wire's customer service has been not been acceptable. This needs to be rectified. I paid good money for that domain, and I should be able to do what I want with it.
