Free Wedding Planning BOOK?

Emily, on May 20, 2010 at 6:38 PM Posted in Planning 0 12

I'm just wondering if anyone has found anywhere you can get a free wedding planning book. I don't have a printer so I can't print any of the free e-books I find. I can find so many other free things, catalogs, lists of vendors, samples... But no planners. Let me know! Thanks!

I got a really cute one at JCPenney just for registering for 10 things. You can even do it online and then print out your registry and take it to a store and they'll give you one. At least, they were doing that back in June 2009. Look at their website, it should tell you if they're still doing it.

@Joyce- I signed up for the free one from State Farm at a bridal show, and they even called to confirm my address later on, but I never got anything. I DID get REALLY thin, cheap bridal magazine that was pretty much nothing but ads and pictures a week or two after they called, so I always assumed that was the "planner" they were talking about..

Some vendors provide planners when they're hired. Smiley smile While not a reason to hire a vendor, it could be a nice 'bonus'.

If you are insured with State Farm, call your agent & they can send you one, a real one with timelines, budget calculators and so on and so forth.

I know that you asked for a free planner but I have to tell you about mine. I got mine at barnes and noble it was 40.00 and it is worth every penny. It is called the ultimate wedding planner. It has everything that I could ask and then more. I am almost done with my planning for a wedding that it is over a year away and my planner is the reason, oh and of course you ladies on wedding wire!!
