My fiance have postponed our wedding 3 times and we are now dead set on April 26 2019 and we are not changing it no matter what. The only thing is its on a Friday. Just curious how everyone feels about a weekday wedding.

We are planning a Friday wedding too! It wasn't necessarily by choice, but what was available. One good thing, our hall was cheaper. Happy planning!

About a year and half ago I had 2 friends get married on a Friday evening, they made their ceremony later in the evening and then had the reception afterwards it was the same as if you went to a regular wedding

We originally wanted a June 2nd 2017. Then we bought our 2nd dog and bought a house in late summer of 2016 so we had nothing set or planned for that June wedding. My mom suggested Sept 23, 2017 since it'll be out 5 year anniversary and that's what we stuck with.
