Fruit a snack?

Why not? If you thinking to do late night snacks maybe sliders too or some croissants and fruit?

I love fruit so that sounds great to me!

I’m guessing the cake and cakes are served later? Like 8ish or later? Your dessert bar sounds great but it’s a lot of carbs/sugar. Maybe cut one of the sweets for something savory? Mini hot dog bites, a charcuterie board, etc? Honestly, probably not necessary but you’ve got a lot of sugar options as dessert.

Sounds like a great idea! I'm serving veggies and fruit during my photo op between my wedding and reception since both will take place within the same venue.

Fruit is great, but I'd supplement it with some not-so-sweet, especially if you serve it right after the cake. Maybe veggies or some cheese and crackers, deviled eggs and guacamole are also popular with my friends. If people are drinking, you might want something a bit more fatty/bready to soak up the alcohol though, so something to consider.
