Are you going all out on a full open bar? Or are you serving a simplified menu of beer and wine? Are you mixing up some signature cocktails to satisfy the liquor drinkers? With it being a stocked bar (BYO) we will have a limited or modified full bar based on what we know our guests like. Our favors are my brother's homemade mead and we aren't into the mixed drinks so no signature cocktail for us. Although we did think offering the two types of beer we had on our first date might be cute as an alternative.

Yay! Wouldn’t have it any other way than a full open bar.

Yay!.. Definitely open bar, it's actually included in our package so it's worked out.

Nay. No bar, as we'll have no formal reception.

Yea, absolutely! People want to enjoy themselves and I am willing to shell out a little extra cash. Plus with the deal we got, they're including top shelf liquor at no extra charge.

Yea, we aren't big drinkers so we will only have beer and wine.

Everything will be open..no excuse to be charging guests for anything. However the majority of our family and friends are either nondrinkers or prefer hard liquor/mixed drinks. If we served beer/wine only, no one would drink it.

Yay! This works for us, but I see nothing wrong with a cash bar or limited open bar.

Yes. Serving beer/wine/liquor to cover all the bases. We would skip the bar before we made anyone pay for it.

We are doing beer and wine (we are paying for) and a cash bar for liquor. Many of our friends we hang out with in the local bar in town and we know how some get when the liquor starts flowing. We don’t have Uber out here, so that’s another reason.

We’re going to do a consumption wine/beer bar. We won’t have a lot of drinkers, and it will be much less than the **** that it would be for open bar.

We are having a full open bar. The good part is our venue is allowing us to bring in our own spirits. We just have to show proof that we bought it in the state of MD where we live. We have to pay their bar tender to serve it, which is a set fee.
