    Where will your wedding be?

We're right near the beach, so we'll be able to go swimming together and hangout there, followed by dinner, but it really depends on your location and crowd!

Do you mean in the months leading up to the wedding? If so, please, please don't plan more than one activity. Being expected to attend and bond will irritate your BMs. Also, remember that the BMs have their own lives and don't have days and days to devote to bonding activities.

Haven’t you already bonded with them? They should be your closest friends/family.

The BP does not need to bond. Their bond is with you.

I was just in Chicago this past weekend! It's one of my favorite cities.

I mean, obviously you could do super touristy things like the Skydeck at Willis Tower, or grab deep dish pizza with everyone (great for out-of-towners to try!).

You can also do more low key things like bowling, ice skating, a BBQ at a park (if it's nice out), game night and ordering food. Just depends on what your family/friends would enjoy!

Maybe like a paint and sip sort of thing Smiley smile I agree though, don’t go overboard with activities. It seems like the people who do are always disappointed that everyone either doesn’t want to participate in some/all of it, or can’t because of busy schedules

My wedding party was scattered between 3 countries up until the day before the wedding.

We snapped stupid funny stuff on our Snapchat group, shared stuff on FB and chatted with our BP on WhatsApp. I don't think it'll be feasible to have a bunch of pre wedding activities for your BP.

If someone throws you a bach or shower then great. If they want to go look at dresses with you then great. But these are not required so dont be disappointed if no one offers.

Also, hold off on asking your party until like 9 months in advance. A lot can change in 2 years.

Lol at these comments! She's asking what activities to do with her wedding party prior to the wedding! We don't know what her party consists of. We're doing the same with my wedding. They're so excited to do activities and spend more time together. I'm all for it.

My mom and sister are planning a spa day, just the three of us, the weekend of my bridal shower (my sister is my MOH). It's my first spa day ever, I'm so excited! Let's see, dinner out to an awesome restaurant would be nice. Or even just a low key night in with takeout and lots of wine. Smiley laugh Do you all like architecture and history? Chicago has awesome architectural boat tours. You could that the weekend of your wedding, if everyone was planning on getting there early.

I think this would be fun
Are you thinking of hanging out with just the bms?
    Like maybe
Get your hair done together at proper time before the wedding
    pizza party and movies
    Go get nails/make up done
I don' lt know what' fun in your area but where I live there's a winery, an hour away there' an amusement park could be fun stuff in the summer

My girls and I went to a brunch. I think its a casual outing. As long as your not requiring them to attend i think getting together is fine. They are already my friends and are local so its easy. Think of things you would normally do with friends. I also like that idea above for a paint n sip.

Were having a wedding party party! Sounds ridiculous but we rented a party bus the weekend before the wedding for all of us to kick off the festivities! When I announced it I let everyone know this is just for fun and by all means not required... My FH friends are basically all my friends and vise versa! We’re so excited to hang out with everyone and have a night out with everyone! 😊

We are doing a wine and whiskey night when everyone gets in for our entire bridal party. Games will be included. For jus the girls we are doing a nail bar party (nail salon that serves alcohol) and the guys will either go to a dispensary (wedding is in Colorado) or go indoor race car driving.
