HA! That's a good one. Hopefully they were offered 2 seats in the first place!

I thought you were suppose to add the last number. Example: ____ of 2. This will let your guest know how many guest they are allowed. Then they could have responded 2 of 2.

I'd be confused too. Shouldn't the second blank be filled in before it was received?

Then there doesn't seem to be a place for them to decline. What would they do if they were NOT attending?

We have the blanks on ours, second one filled in by us, and my Aunt and Uncle's came back _party_ of _2_. It made me chuckle.

Tiffany if not attending they would put 0 of 2 attending. The envelope says who the invitation is for mr &,mrs. Or and family.

I wouldn't have known either! I never knew what that M____ was for until I started planning a wedding. HAHA. I had never received an RSVP like that.

@ Sassy, I think the best thing to have done would have been to fill out the number. Even though you addressed it to two people, they still could have added people. And you are right, they would just put 0 if they were not coming. But I'm not sure they would have known to do that, because it was not filled out.
