Funny story

I wrote my vows down and I had my MOH hold them during the ceremony. She gave them to me to read at the correct time, and I wasn't sure what to do with the card after my vows so I started to hand it back to her and DH reached out and goes, "No, no, I get to keep that now. (It's now sitting on his shelf with all of his collectable/nostalgia items.)

My FIL (who was also the Best Man) had the rings, and somehow, my wedding ring managed to fall out of the bag they were in, so when we did the ring exchange and he handed Rob my rings (I have a secondary ring soldered to my engagement ring for my stepdaughter), and Rob stared at it for a minute before asking where my wedding ring was . . . it wasn't that big of a deal, my wedding ring was only $45 so it wasn't a huge loss, but my brother somehow managed to find it in the parking lot at the very end of the night. None of our pictures have my wedding ring for exactly that reason, but at least we found it!

We had a hurricane on our wedding day! Our band cancelled and we had to find a last minute DJ, and the power flickered right after we were declared husband and wife!!

Well done for getting through it and having something to say It sounds like it will always be memorable for that reason alone
