I had put my engagement ring on my necklace because its fallen off three times now. Once in my sleep, once when I was just waving at my daughter and once while I was washing my hands. I'm so scared I'm gonna lose it. My fiance is gonna be so mad at me. It only doesn't fit because I keep losing...

My fiance is gonna be so mad at me. It only doesn't fit because I keep losing weight (sadly... not a good thing) and now I'm really underweight and my ring doesn't fit. I need to seriously increase my calorie intake because I'm still nursing my daughter and she eats a lot lol

I read something about Walmart selling elastic ring guards or something. Has anyone used these or made a DIY ring guard? There's no jewelry stores anywhere near me... I'd rather not have to keep it on my necklace cause it'll just upset my FH. (Just cause he wants me healthy)

Chloe they say breastfeeding helps you lose baby weight super quick but if that's the case you shouldn't give up breastfeeding if it is bonding you and your baby. Have you ever tried ensure plus? It has 350 calories in a 8oz bottle. The vanilla and chocolate flavors taste good.

I definitely understand. Mine usually starts not to fit due to the weather. Ring guards are my best friend.

@Chloe sept 6th is an awesome date Smiley winking but I have the same problem with my ring and found that if I drink a lot of water through the day my fingers swell a little which helps me?

I've tried them before and actually liked the taste. you could mix them with ice and icecream and make a shake! even more calories! or you could try boost. They may taste better.

Oh i think it was boost i drank before. i remember i mixed them with regular strawberry yogurt smoothies which made it okay. making a milkshake with them sounds even better!! lol

mrsringham- thats a good point. im probably dehydrated which is why there is a difference in my finger size... i though it was weird to have actually lost weight on my fingers, need to force myself to drink more water (i hate water) lol

Oh i hate drinking water too, but I add fruit to mine to make it taste better. Apples, oranges, even tried cucumber and mint.

That's awful. I had my ring fly off my finger once thankfully I was in the car and I was able to find it. I just used a bunch of tape (scotch tape wrapped around band a few times), not the prettiest looking but it worked, until I could get it into a jeweler to get it sized.

My fiance has a ring (he felt left out!) and we bought some stuff last week to make it fit a bit better. It was quite difficult and messy to put on but seems quite good and can be peeled off when it's no longer needed. Just another option if you don't get on with the solid ring guards. You can buy it all over the net, but here is a site that shows what it is.
