Question for those that have been pregnant because I want them to feel comfortable. I have 1 bridesmaid who will be last trimester at my wedding and another one who is planning on being pregnant as well. I was just going to get the girls simple blackor grey tank tops that say bridesmaid on them to wear for getting ready. Would you feel comfortable in this during your last trimester or would you rather have a tshirt/non sleeveless? TI

ETA:I'm asking people who have been pregnant whether they felt more comfortable in sleeveless or with sleeves during last trimester. I'm not asking whether people should wear their own clothes or not but thanks.

Update: I'm just going to ask the pregnant bridemaid(s) what they would prefer. Thanks for those that gave helpful adviceSmiley smile

@OP, the only tops I could wear past 35 weeks that could accommodate my boobs were maternity tops. I had to also wear pads in my bra because my boobs started leaking colostrum. Did I mention that pregnancy is sexy as fuck?

I wore a maternity bra around the house and a huge flannel shirt when I had to leave the house.

@OP Why are you arguing with every single poster who gives you advice? Ugh.

@Jessie I don't think its unsexy. More a part of life. Although working in a hospital will desensitize you to absolutely everything a body does.

@Daniella because my question was what TYPE/STYLE of shirt somebody who is pregnant would feel comfortable in, not what their bridesmaids wore or whether or not I should do shirts. Ugh.

@OP-FFS, I'm trying to give you the mindset of what your BM will most likely be feeling, but you know what, you do you.

@OP if you want to know what style of shirt she will be most comfortable in, ask her (instead of arguing with people who are trying to tell you your idea sucks. Which it does).

@Sarah-She doesn't want to know that. She wants people to agree with her and pat her on the head. She is well aware of what pregnancy does, having only observed it from afar and never experienced it. She's good. She'll dress her BMs up and take pictures as she likes and nothing anyone says will change her mind.

@Sarah so if you were in a wedding at that point would you rather just not have the bride get you anything if she's getting shirts for the other girls?

@Jessie actually I'm trying to find out what some previous pregnant people felt comfortable in. We 100% understand your opinions on get ready clothes as you have stated you are against matching shirts a million times.

Lol this thread is insane. i don't really see how a cotton t-shirt would be "uncomfortable" for anyone, and if it is, then they don't have to wear it....

My kid's snark game is on point. I'd rather he be snarky and speak his mind that a mindless sheep that follows people and does whatever the "crowd" does.

OP - you shouldn't make your pregnant bridesmaid wear a bridesmaid dress either. Or any of your bridemaids for that matter. They will be highly uncomfortable. Let them wear their PJs. How could you be so rude.
