Getting custom wedding domain

I can't get anyone from Wedding Wire to contact me back. I paid the $24 to get the custom domain name, but something went wrong because it's asking me to pay again and won't let me choose my name. I contacted Wedding Wire, they asked me for an image of proof that the charge hit my account. I sent them a picture from my bank account app, and then I stopped hearing back from anyone. I emailed the picture again a week later and still no response. I even tried calling and left a message. At this point, my wedding is now 3 weeks away and I'd prefer to just get a refund since I paid and didn't get the domain website. Anyone know how I can get someone to respond to me?

    Aww that sucks. I’m not sure of any other way to get in contact with support. I hope they are able to refund you!
