Getting married in 2023

We're getting married June 2023. The first thing you need to do is pick a date, set a budget, and look into venues. A lot of weddings have been pushed back due to COVID so if you want a popular venue it's best to secure it as soon as you can. We booked our ceremony venue and weren't the first booking for 2023. Also you can start working on your guest list. You can pick your bridal party whenever you want I'd say until 12 months before the date. Right now I'm getting a general plan together with my wedding planner so we can anticipate costs. The next things on my list are finding a reception venue and start dress shopping. I'm only doing it so early because I've found a lot that I like so I'm more than likely going to go to many bridal salons.

Congrats! We are getting married August 2023 and have already booked the venue, photographer and videographer! I'm hoping to book the florist/decorator as early as the new year. These are the big things I wanted to get done first so I can feel a lot less stress during the rest of my engagement. I've talked to a few people who are planning on getting married in 2023 and are having trouble booking popular venues for May/June/July since a lot of people postponed due to COVID. Those are the things I would get done ASAP if possible.
