I really like the Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt in vanilla with some strawberries. I also have been eating the Special K cereal bars.

I make hard boiled eggs on Sunday and I make enough to last the week. That way I can just grab them and go. I put them with a handful of organic baby spinach and some salsa.

FI sometimes make an egg bake for me and then I cut it into pieces so it's enough to last the week. The protein in the morning really fills you up. He puts in peppers, tomatoes, vegan cheese, baby spinach, and some veggie burger patties, but you could put in whatever you want.

Definetly something with protein! I make smoothies or like linsay E's FH does, I make crustless quiches - the crust is technically shredded hashbrowns and fill it with veggies and egg - its like a super food! The best part being you can toss it in the microwave for 15 seconds and then run out of the house.

I'm a huge fan of greek yogurt, it is incredibly filling, especially if you mix in some fruit. I agree with Sami B though, you absolutely need something with protein to keep you full.

I've always heard that you can pretty much eat whatever you want because you will burn it throughout the day, but idk if that is entirely true. however, i trained with someone i use to work with who was a swimmer for a university down here and this is what he use to make me eat

    1 cup of vanilla yogurt

handful of berries of my choice (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries)

hand full of some type of nuts unsalted(they are packed with protient)

and occasionaly a hard boiled egg.

    and drink plenty of water!

I like to make a bunch of frittata muffins (healthy of course) on Sunday and just grab them and go throughout the week.
