Getting the ball rolling

May 2025 bride here, and I'm going to start my dieting and excerise plan. I want to look my best. I would like to loose 50 to 60 pounds.

    If I can do it you can do it to. I want to be in the best health possible.
    I have another 15lbs to go. Have you decided on the methods to achieve your goal?

    I think it's a beautiful thing to start your marriage in "health".

    I suggest getting a personal trainer and meal planner if you can afford it.

    Hi hannah thanks for the kind words. I have been eating right and going to the gym 6 days for about a hour. I lost 6 pounds already. My wedding is in 2025. Im going to keep at it until then. ☺️

    Your goal is really inspiring and 100% doable with consistency and the right lifestyle choices. Love your long term commitment. This goal is so much bigger than your wedding. Good luck and go crush it!

    March 2025 bride. I've always done cardio (walking 45 to an hour 5days a week), but now I've added an Elastic Sit Up Equipment, Pull Rope Dual Spring Tension Foot Pedal Sit Up Equipment for Abdominal, Leg Exerciser Tummy Trimmer Sport Fitness Slimming Training Bodybuilding at Home Gym (description from amazon). I use the equipment about 3 times a week. I'm eating lots of salad, fruits and vegetables and about 90 ounces of water 5 days a week.

    I desperately need to tone my inner thighs and lower tummy...it's a challenge, but it's becoming a lifestyle change.
