My fiance' and I have our registry through Zola, with items directly added from their site and also our Amazon and BB&B registries added. We have had 2 items purchased and one shipped to our home from BB&B. The other was purchased through Zola and stated who purchased and gave the option of shipping right now or at a later time.
What is the best way to do this? I'm not familiar with etiquette and don't want to seem too eager to get the gifts to us so early before the wedding, but also concerned that the item would become back-ordered or sold out? We obviously will send the thank you card ASAP, but didn't know how to handle the actual item at the moment.
