The rings you picked out to give to your bridesmaids are beautiful!

I gave each of my bridesmaids a personalized tote bag (mostly so I knew who got which bag, since the things inside were all different). The bags had the following items:

-some sort of beverage glass. I picked out what I thought each bridesmaid would like best. For example, one carries a water bottle with her everywhere, so I got her a water bottle with a fun design. Another loves camping and coffee, so I got her a coffee mug designed for use while camping/traveling.

-a customized lightweight sweatshirt. My bridesmaids knew about this ahead of time. Each of them got to pick the color they wanted, along with any personalization too. Some chose funny quotes/saying on the back or down a sleeve, others put their names on the front, some decided on an image, etc.

-a hangover kit. These had Band-Aids, ibuprofen, mints, and a couple other related items that I can't seem to recall at the moment.

-a bracelet. These were all the same, and they could choose whether they wanted to wear them for the wedding or not. Most of them decided to wear it.

-a personalized wine glass. This was intended to be used the morning of the wedding for mimosas/etc, though our venue ended up supplying glasses for us to use.

I also bought their shoes for them to wear at the wedding, though I shipped those directly to their houses instead of putting them into their tote bags.

Edit: Kimberly's comment after mine reminded me of one thing I left out! I gave my MOH an extra gift as a thank you for all of her work in planning a super fun bachelorette party. I got her a travel jewelry case.

Oh wow! Those rings are really pretty. FH and I are tailoring our gifts to each member of the party. I’m doing a bag (different for each person based on their interests) filled with some things they’ll like. For example, I live in FL and my MOH goes to the beach a lot, so I got her a higher end beach tote, embroidered Turkish beach towel, and sunglasses. And then for everyone I got monogrammed travel jewelry cases with a couple pieces to wear for the wedding. Those aren’t really gifts since they’re pieces I picked for the ceremony, but they’re pretty universal so I’m hoping they like them and are able to wear them after. I especially love the bracelets and kind of wish I had ordered one for myself haha.

I gifted to he Get Carried Away Tote from Vera Bradley and matching wallets for my girls! I chose a different print for each person. They went over SO well and I’ve seen them in use and it makes me so happy! Strong recommend.

Wow! Those are all wonderful gifts.. like I said in my post there is a few other things that I will be getting them. a couple things I know won't fit in their box like their personalized hangers for their dress. I think I will be looking into some kind of bag to put all their stuff down into even their gift box. I just don't know what kind yet but I am sure I will find something.

That is a nice suggestion. I have been looking at some necklace sets for them but haven't decided if I want them to have the same necklace or each one different. I think I will look deeper into it. Because my MOH is my best friend and we are also coworkers. My Bridesmaids are my sister, my niece(my sister's daughter) and my FH's niece. Thanks. I am glad that you liked the rings that I got. I also got myself one to match the girls. I can't wait to give it to them....

With me, I am crocheting them all shawls. The pattern I am using kind of reminds me of King Ghidorah which is perfect for my Godzilla wedding, but still appealing to people not into that (though most of my bridesmaids are). They are pretty fun to whip out too. I have already finish three out of five of them and my wedding is in late 2024

Rule of thumb- shop for them like it was their birthday. Anything you give them to wear for the wedding for pictures, re: socks, robe, hangers, slippers, those are NOT gifts, those are props for your photos.

Gifts should be personalized, something NOT wedding-related, and something they can actually use again.

The Vera Bradley bags were a great idea.

That's cool! Are you doing them all in the same color, or different colors for everyone?

Skylar I done each of them in the colors that they will wear in the wedding. Just like with the boxes, My MOH will be wearing turquoise so her box is turquoise and my 3 bridesmaids will wear purple so their boxes are purple same as for their getting ready robe.

I understand that most of the things I already have are photo props. I do have them an actual personalized gift picked out. That they will be able to use for many years to come.

We had a destination wedding, so I didn’t want to give anybody physical gifts they would have to pack and take back home with them. Also definitely did not want to “gift” anything wedding related since that really isn’t a gift for them, it’s more or less a prop that benefits the bride. So while I paid for everybody’s hair and make up, I didn’t consider that part of their gift, since it was wedding related (even though I did not require professional hair or make up). For their gifts, I wrote a heartfelt card to each of them, with my favorite photo of us together, and a $200 gift card that they could use to create a memory during their trip (ie, a nice dinner out with their spouse, a fun experience/tour, or even just buying themselves something in one of the many amazing shops there. One of the girls used it for a small tattoo to remember the trip!)

Beautiful gifts! I will be paying for my MOH and bridesmaid’s dresses, nails, hair and makeup but I’m not counting that as gifts. My only thought so far was maybe buying each of them a nice necklace.

I think those are wonderful gifts and I, personally, couldn't possibly think of anything to add! My hubby and I recently had a sort of vow renewal, at our 38th anniversary - actually the Catholic wedding we couldn't have back then - and (both times, different ladies) I only had 1 attendant, a Matron of Honor. This time, she is my closest and dearest friend, for the past 15 years. I know her from our church choir - she's the music director. We're also "Prayer Partners". My gift to her was a genuine pearl and sterling silver rosary bracelet with a cross, a medal, and a charm with her initial on it. I also ordered one for myself as a "friendship bracelet". Her birthday was 1 month before the wedding and I'd gotten her a full sized Rosary with the same pearls and sterling silver, and had a charm with her full monogram attached. She was delighted with both gifts.

Thanks! Everyone's gifts sound wonderful! Btw, our Best Man was our son. Our gift to him was a pair of simple sterling Tiffany cuff links (from eBay), which he loved. We'll have them monogrammed if he wants.
