Gifts for your husband on your wedding day - need ideas!

I may have gone a little crazy...Socks, Transformer cufflinks, Lego Millenium Falcon (inside joke), a keychain with our wedding date on it, and little things like lip balm and mints.

I am having a friend who is super talented paint a wooden box to put all this stuff in.

I got DH a custom sculpture (it was actually intended to be a cake topper) of WALL-E and Eve dressed up as a bride and groom. We weren't supposed to get each other gifts so he was pissed when I told him I got him something... but he was so excited about it that he forgot that he was mad, LOL. He loved it so much he took it to our reception and had it put on the head table. He even held it up and explained the significance of why he loved the movie so much before our first dance, which was a song from WALL-E.

@elyse I'm giving him the keychain the night of the rehearsal when we say goodnight. I know he will cry and I don't want my videographer to get that and him to be embarrassed. Plus I know it will mean more when its just us 2. I will give him the notebook and a letter the next day for him to read whenever.

A box of cigars. I went to the cigar store and the guy that works there loaded a box for me. It went over very well.

We are going to write each other notes and read them before the wedding. Our gift is really our honeymoon.

I'm going to buy him some art he saw one day when we were downtown, or a watch he has been eyeing for a while now.

I just did a boudoir shoot last week for him. I haven't seen the pics yet but i'm hoping they're awesome (that i like them.) He'll love it cause he knows i'm very conservative when it comes to showing my skin. I don't even like wearing lingerie, as it feels odd. Because of the shoot, i had to get my wedding night outfit; just one more thing off my list. haha

I have no idea. I really want to get him something small and sweet, hes not really into much of anything, and doesnt wear any jewlery, talking him into a wedding band was hard enough. the only thing he really wants is a new computer chair, how romantic is that. Lol. I'll probably end up buying him one, i'm sure he'd get that before the wedding, but i will leave him a card for the morning of the wedding. I'll leave it out before i head off to the salon the morning of.

I need to put an order in but since he doesn't wear watches or anything like that I came up with the idea of ordering from the Offerman Woodshop. He's a huge Nick Offerman fan and has wanted to order from there but never has. I'll most likely go with the cutting board with his initials on it.

Me. I was the gift. We also paid for most of the wedding on our own and the honeymoon. We saw no point in giving each other a gift when we were getting what we wanted most of all in the world: married to each other.

I got a glass flask. It is engraved with a compass with L for me on the west and P for him on the east. Underneath I had engraved Once in a while love gives us a fairytale.

In the card that says "I can't wait to marry you" on the outside - I'm putting this inside:

I'm making my future husband a scrapbook of our dating years - we've been together for almost 7 years as of now and it'll be almost 9 years when we get married. I figure it will be something he can smile about while we're both getting dressed for the ceremony.

I had to chuckle at the idea of a boudoir photo being given along with a bible. I might give FH both, but would need to give one before and one after the ceremony.

My husband gave me a sketch of my dress and his suit. He used a My Dreamlines artist. It was so amazing! Just the perfect gift. This was a surprise gift, but I could see going in together like a gift exchange. We both are really happy with the final piece. <3

Update: I ended up getting boudoir photos done for him and I'm still thinking over other possible gifts as well.

My future hubby is a rock-n-roll guitar player (for fun not as a living) so I am going to have a guitar pick engraved with a note on one side and our wedding date on the other. He loves to fish so I am surprising him with a deep sea fishing excursion in Barbados. I am making the excursion for him only because unfortunately I get sea sick. It's a wedding with just the two of us there and honeymooning there this month. Another gift I am thinking of is.....well because of the type of work he does he is not allowed to wear jewelry so a wearing a wedding ring is not an option. So, I'm thinking of a gift certificate to a tattoo parlor to have a ring tattooed on. It was actually his idea awhile back, if he was kidding, oh well lol. I'm still trying to get other ideas.
