Gifts Without Names

Liz, on November 13, 2019 at 10:35 PM Posted in Registry 0 4
We have been getting a lot of gifts from our William-Sonoma registry that are coming without documentation of who sent it, sometimes without any paperwork in the box at all. Does anyone know of a way to find out who purchased items from the registry so I can send appropriate thank you notes?

When you log into the website, do they have a list available? I didn't register with William Sonoma, but both of my registries had a page on the website where you could opt to see the gift givers.

I got one like this but luckily saw the name very small in the shipping label. I have to say sometimes is not the guest is the company. I bought something for a shower for my grandmother and used all her info and address and only my name for the credit card and the person texted me saying thank you when they received the present. Even the card was under my grandma’s name and yet somehow my name ended in the order.

I had this happen with Williams Sonoma too. I just called the customer service number and told them my registry ID and they were able to tell me who had bought it!

    Hey Liz!!

I can imagine that this is super annoying! As Sophie suggested, could you ring customer service? It’s not the ideal method, but at least you can figure out who sent what!
