It depends on your bridesmaids and groomsmen! What types of things are they interested in? It's totally fine to get them each something different that aligns with what they each like. For those who like music, new headphones and a concert ticket stub book could be a good gift. Those who like makeup may enjoy a travel jewelry case and a gift card to a makeup store. Those who like camping might appreciate a new campfire mug and a travel hammock.

If you're looking for ideas of gifts that are commonly given to wedding party members, these could include: personalized wine/beer/whiskey glasses (or alcohol bottles with custom labels), tumblers, jewelry, tote bags, shirts, gift cards, candles, picture frames (with a photo of you and them), flasks, cufflinks, or coffee mugs.

I would shop like it's their birthday, and not like it's a wedding. Particularly I would avoid things meant specifically as photo ops for the wedding like stuff that says "bridesmaid" on it. I love some of the ideas Lisa has!

Another idea, I got some little mugs made for my group of friends with vacay/party photos of us on them, for example.

Agree that the best gifts are related to their individual interests and hobbies as if you are shopping for their birthday. Think about what each enjoys in their everyday life and go from there. Things marketed as bridesmaids/groomsmen gifts usually get thrown straight into the trash or donated to Goodwill the next day. That includes everything from robes/pjs, flasks, knives, sporting items, mugs, jewelry, totes, and the list goes on. Especially if they have names/titles/dates on them. Also anything that is intended to be worn or used on the wedding day is a photo prop, not a gift for them. That means that covering clothing and hair/makeup costs for them is not appropriate as a replacement for an actual thank you gift. The dress won’t be worn again, nor will the robes/pjs, jewelry, shoes and other accessories for the wedding day.

I gave mine makeup bags filled with stuff that made me think of them. I thought it was a good mix of same for the whole party and personalized to them.

A water bottle with their name on it could be cute (bonus points for getting their favorite color). Also, maybe some fuzzy socks (especially great if it's a winter wedding!)
Or maybe a nice lip balm? You would have to be wary of allergies though
