I’m getting married in Coatesville, PA. I’ve been researching various HAMU artists in the area. The best price packing I’ve found so far is by Your Bridal Stylist. They have a vendor page on WW. Here’s a link to the website: https://www.yourbridalstylist.com/


She seems to be the most reasonable in terms of pricing. Pricing is stated right on the website. I have myself and 4 other women getting makeup and she has different packages that you can choose from.
I haven’t used her services yet but she has good reviews.

I do not know her, but I looked up reviews and she had good reviews. She doesn't have as many as some others, but the ones that do have a ton of reviews are a lot more expensive and I wasn't sure what your daughter's budget is for hair and makeup. Hair and makeup for weddings can vary in price depending on the area and the person's experience. Here is a link to her WeddingWire page which lists her address and home number. She is located in West Chester, PA which is 8.5 miles from Glen Mills, PA. It also sends on her page that there is a deal going on where if you book with them they are offering $10 off every bride and bridal party member and the email that you need to email is listed there. I believe she will travel to your location to do hair and makeup.
