Glow sticks - yay or nay?

I'm debating on ordering glow sticks for my wedding. I personally freaking love them, but am worried an overzealous dancer might smack someone in the face with one. Did you use them? How did it go? What's the best/cheapest place to get them?

    This is a very old post so the PP will not reply as they are no longer here. But the logic presented is that glow sticks are for children only, not adults. You do you because some groups love them and others don’t care. It won’t make or break a marriage though.
