Love both of these shows! I’d rather be on Say Yes to the Dress. I love my dress, but looking back on the experience I know they were just trying to make the sale.

Definitely say yes to the dress. Four weddings seems so judged and fake. I would hate to have girls like that at my wedding criticizing my every move.

Honestly I think the 4 weddings would be less stressful. I wouldn't be able to get into either though because its BS to me honestly BUT my sister did do Say yes to the dress but they never aired her episode.
