I'm trying to figure out what I should put inside the goodie bags that I want the hotel to put on my guests beds in their rooms, so far I have mint cans with our monogram on it, Hershey kisses, but I don't know what else to put in them that won't hurt my pockets... any suggestions.. Honey

One thing that I would also add would be an agenda based on your wedding weekend. Include items cuch as times of: Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, Reception and Dinner. Also if your providing transportation to the ceremony, rememeber to put those times in there as well, but always put the time 15 minutes early. be well and good luck!

I'm taking the lead from my sister's goodie bags and adding things that are "Philly" based. We put in Taskycakes, Peanut Chews and Herr's chips/pretzels (all local to Philadelphia), water, Advil, chocolate and mints. We also contacted the local board of tourism and had information about interesting places in Philadelphia to visit and postcards (they were all free). Lastly, we added information about the weekend, a contact number for a volunteer to be the point of contact if any out-of-towners were having difficulties, the number for a local taxi company, maps of the area (printed from internet), a free local magazine (also from the Board of Tourism). We also included a map of where to get the best cheesesteaks!

Also if you have a 5 and Below near you, they're great to find items for OOT Bags. Everything is $5 and under. They have the cute Sniffs packs of decorative tissues, 10 for $1, even disney items such as pens. They're great to look for cutsie items.

These are all great ideas! One thing my fiance and I are planning to do is make "welcome to our wedding" door knob hangers to place on our guest hotel room doors that way as soon as they get to the room they will know that we appreciate them traveling to our wedding.
