Gossamer vs Tulle

Angie, on November 2, 2019 at 9:06 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 6
I’m using gossamer doubles up to cover the ugly walls at my venue. It was so much cheaper than tulle and it’s flame retardant. I paid 1/3rd of the price I was going to pay for tulle. Anyone have any experience with gossamer? I feel as though it’s going to look just fine considering the dim lighting in the venue. Plus the uplighting can help with any flaws.

I have bought it and it doesn’t look too bad. I wouldn’t use it for table decorating or anything like that, but it is good for wall covering. I have 100 feet off wall to cover and tulle was going to break my budget. This will work perfectly and is relatively cheap. I will also have uplighting so that will help camouflage the fabric as well. I am using it in double layers. You’d have to double it up or it will be too sheer.

Hey Angie I know this is a few years later but I am looking into using gossamer or tulle in my wedding to cover walls as well and was wondering where you bought your gossamer from?
