Got my ring back today, still too big :(

Ughhh...I know the feeling. Mine was too big when I first got it...we got it resized and it was actually too small. But I didn't wanna part with it so I've been wearing a "too small" ring for near a year :-(

Were your hands swollen when you went in? Keep in mind that your fingers/hands will swell and decrease sometimes. I wouldn't get it resized. Maybe just get sizing beads.

Agreed with PP. Mine is too tight if it's super duper hot and I'm swollen. It's too big and it spins around my finger when it's cold. Can it come off your knuckle easily and potentially get lost? Or do you have to tug it to get it off?

How loose is it? Are you planning on adding a wedding band? My engagement ring spun around my finger a bit but the jeweler recommended waiting until after I had my band before I considered resizing it. Once we were married and I started wearing the additional band the set fits perfect.

@MTMA that's what I'm leaning towards. It's just still really big, like afraid it will fall off big. I almost thought they didn't even resize it. But I'm going to wear it around for a while and see how I feel.

@constance I can slip it over my knuckle fairly easily. @jennifer good idea I'll wait until I get the band to see what difference that makes.

Mine was too big I took it back to get it resized then it was slightly too tight but I had no desire to take back and now I've gotten use to it

I had a ring sizing dilemma that I don't even want to begin to get into.. but long story short (after literally months of sizing) I ended up having to have mine be a smidge too big because my knuckles swell with sodium intake and heat.. all that to say, now that we bought my wedding band, when I stick that on my finger with the engagement ring, the ring(s) fit perfectly and don't feel too loose.. also.. I should mention, after 19 months of wearing my engagement ring, my finger definitely molded to it.. they say that happens and for me it did!

Now, if yours feels like it will fall off I def would get it sized again.

Definitely get it sized again or at least get a ring guard! Don't risk losing your ring just because you don't want to wait for it to be sized again.

Worth getting the correct fit. Ask if they can expedite it. Mine did
