Got the Hotel Block !

So I live in Sarasota (FL) and it is the #1 destination on the Gulf Coast for vacationers. Hotel prices are outrageous, unless you want to stay at a "Bates Motel" kinda place. I AM SO PSYCHED!!! I went on TripAdvisor and searched for hotels and came across this total GEM Hotel ... and they do room blocks. Quotes I had gotten from other area hotels were all in the $275 a NIGHT range. ....... this place??? $113 a night for a King Room. NO resort fee, no parking fee, no minimum anything. I am doing the big happy dance. Just had to share to people who "get it".
