I was thinking about doing a grand entrance into the cocktail hour with sparklers. Has anyone done a grand entrance like this? Cocktail hour is outside of the reception area.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I personally have never heard of a grand entrance but you do you. You should do what makes you and your FH happy, not what other people want you to do.

I've only ever heard of that happening as a grand exit not a grand entrance. So will you go outside after the ceremony to walk back inside for the cocktail hour?

You could definitely do this Kristine!! 🎇
Do you know if it will be dark enough outside for the sparklers to really pop?? I'd also make sure you have a few people queuing the sparkler entrance and lining up guests - it always takes some wrangling!!

I’m not sure it’d be around 5/6ish in October so possibly. Yeah I have a hand full of people helping me with everything☺️
