Great Southern Cooking and/or Hispanic Cooking Caterers in 757 area?

I am having a very difficult time finding an awesome caterer in the Hampton Roads area. I understand my wedding is 3 years away but I rather have the taste testing out of the way. Bronx Gourmet has yet to respond to my Wedding Wire Message, Emails, Facebook Messages and etc. She does Hispanic and Southern Cooking.... Ugh I need some advice from anybody that's in the Hampton Roads area that can give me some guidelines of who to contact and etc.

Hey Gabrielle! You really are ahead of the game getting your caterer booked so far in advance! Are you this organized with the rest of your planning?
Are there any other caterers that you are interested in?
I would definitely recommend phoning this caterer if you are really interested in their food. Perhaps they haven’t contacted you since your wedding is so far out but by speaking to someone on the phone, it should be easier to book a tasting.

Understandable I never thought about it this way. But I just want to have ideas and estimates so when the timing comes for me to have to pay these vendors I will have their money and extra.

If you are really interested in this caterer, I think it would be a great idea to contact them on the phone. You will be able to ask about their price ranges and when they would be available for you to do a tasting.
