Greenery for decor

Kayla, on January 11, 2017 at 2:57 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 8

I would really like to have greenery for my wedding. However I will need a lot of it. I have finally decided that I wont be buying the real stuff because of the amount that I will need. I'm looking for like garlands of it and bunches. I haven't found the specific type of greenery that I want yet. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any places that will have some fake stuff but not to cheap looking. Any ideas?

I would check out bulk eucalyptus from Sam's club. Quality artificial stuff will cost just as much if not more than the real thing sometimes.

Don't bother with the fake stuff. It's not true that fakes are cheaper -- they aren't. Plus, faux greenery is just awful if it isn't of superior quality (and that means money). Think of all those plastic office plants and ficus trees you've seen. You don't want that at your wedding...especially if greenery will be your focus decor.

Real stuff from a florist is cheaper than fake. I priced it every which way. Talk to your florist about prices and types. I got a few different kinds that were full and they ranged from 8-15 dollars a bunch.

I got 15 bunches and had some left over. I did greenery on every table and for decorations. I even did some along the aisles.

I am doing a lot of greenery for my decor as well and found this site: http://www.everleafgreens.com/

I haven't ordered from them yet but it's worth a look Smiley smile

I'm having a lot of greenery as well and my florist is supplying it. I found that the faux greenery was too shiny and also expensive.

Ebay has some nice greenery. I am thinking of doing fake greenery and adding real flowers to it.
