Groom and Groomsmen Attire… Didn’t Think It Would Be This Hard!

I second Blacktux. My husband is in a wedding this October and that's where the groom is having the guys get their tuxes. It was easy to do. I also hate Men's Warehouse which is who we used and it was an awful experience.

I also suggest BlackTux. Other sites that are very similar are GenerationTux and Menguin.

FH and his party are going through GenerationTux. He actually got his try on suit in the mail and really liked it!

My fiance and his groomsmen are ordering through Generation Tux! My fiance is keeping his suit from there, and his groomsmen are all renting theirs.

It sounds like people are renting and then a few weeks before the event they aren’t able to get their suit. The company is promising they have things in stock when they actually don’t and I don’t want to be stuck in that situation.

View Quoted Comment I just checked with my fiance, and it sounds like it was a promotion they had running at the time, where if a certain number of people rented suits in your party, the groom got to keep his. Not sure if it's a standard promotion that they always have available or if it was a limited time offer. From an email they sent me in 2020, it looks like it was a limited time offer that expired March 2020. It might be worth checking with the company to see if it's a promotion that they plan on running again anytime soon, I'm not sure if it's something they do annually or not.

We did Men's Wearhouse. Originally the guys were just wearing black pants, white shirts, and black vests, but DH decided 25 days before the wedding that he wanted them all in matching suits . . . we ended up paying $480 for four suit rentals, with rush fees.
