Grooms attire

He can match or not match the groomsmen, I’ve seen both. I’ve also seen grooms and groomsmen in white suits. Completely up to you and FH!

FH can wear whatever color he likes! He doesn't need to match. I've seen lots of wedding photos on here with grooms wearing white tuxes. It doesn't take away from the bride at all!

We are doing light grey and dark grey

He can match the guys suits but change the short color or tie to stand out. That's what my fiance is doing

I think he should wear what he wants. It's his day too. He should be happy in his attire.

If he wants to stand out from his groomsmen, he should! He could even do a light gray suit to stand out (and then you’ll still be the only one in white) but also...a guy in a white tux always looks great!

Why should the bride be the only one in white?- the wedding is BOTH your day! I think it’s super sweet when both the bride & groom are in white. And if the groom WANTS to wear white, then why not?! It’s cute that he wants to stand out! And he deserves to

He could do a different shade of grey or black. White is something you either like or don’t like for a groom. It’s not something I care for, but I’ve also seen some grooms rock the white tux. You also could make him have a white vest with the same grey tux. Changing the accessories for him could make him stand out as different while keeping him matching the other guys.

Hmmm I’ve seen some grooms wear white and it doesn’t look bad —- but if it were my FH I would say no lol he could do a different shade of gray ! Or gray and white Tux

For our wedding, his men are in navy as I'm in white and we wanted him different so we are doing a silver grey for his tux

For our wedding my husband wore the same suit as the groomsmen? But we switched his tie color from gray to ivory. It was a subtle difference but I like how it looked in photos

He should be able to wear whatever he wants because it’s his day too. My FH will be wearing an ivory tux with black pants and all of the guys will be wearing navy tuxedos. He wants to stand out and I’m all for it.

My FH is wearing the same tux as the guys but has a different vest and tie color

So they are all wearing different color ties..no vests. I wanted the white so he would stand out. They will all be in suspenders.

I would let him choose what he wants. If he wants to be different from the other guys, he could wear a lighter gray, or white if he wants. IT doesn't matter.

Let him wear his favorite color. My fiancé is wearing dark blue and the groomsmen are wearing grey. He can also wear grey and a special tie or bow tie.
