Grooms Crying

I think it's really touching when a groom cries at the wedding. My FH claims he will not cry. Did your husband cry? If not what was his reaction?

I think FH will cry. He is a big softy on the inside, and I mean on the inside. He bottles his emotions up. We actually talked a bit about it in therapy for awhile. He's becoming freer with his emotions around me, so I definitely think it's probable he'll cry when he sees me for the first time, walking down the aisle.

I am a huge crier at any and all weddings - strangers' weddings back when I worked at a banquet hall, family/friend weddings, TV weddings, envisioning my own wedding... yea. You bet I asked my MUA at my trial how waterproof every cosmetic she put on my face was.

I know my fiancé will cry. And my photographer is one of our best friends. We were bouncing ideas and what kind of pictures we wanted her to get. I decided I wanted some of my fiancé when he sees me coming down the aisle. I know that's going to be a great picture.

FH will probably cry, he teared up when we ran through the ceremony with our officiant and read parts of the vows.

FH is a crier; so it's not a matter of "if" but "when" he starts.

Mine kind of teared up a bit, or at least he made the face like MoonRide's DH. He rarely ever cries - I've only seen him cry when his grandpa passed away unexpectedly.

I wasn't sure if he'd tear up or not, but because I can't see very well and didn't wear my glasses, I asked the photographer to take this pic.

I'm thinking mine will probably cry. Or at least tear up. He's such a softy! He's the sweetest.

Mine says he won't. But I'm secretly hoping he sheds a tear or two at our first look.

I know mine won't cry. He is just not one of those people who shows his emotions. He didn't even cry when our children were born. I just expect him to have a huge ass smile on his face.

I feel like my FH could go either way. He's not the crying type. I think I've only seen him cry once with the exception of his father passing.

He says he might cry, but he won't. He's just saying that because he thinks it's the right answer lol. If he cried I would be really surprised. I'd be even more shocked if either of my parents cried.

My FH won't cry. It's just not his personality. The only time I've ever seen him cry was when our cat died. She was his baby and they had such a sweet bond between them. I haven't even seen him get close to tears on any other occasion.

There's a chance my FH will cry. But most likely he'll just have a big, goofy smile on his face. My dad on the other hand, will cry like a baby.

I don't think FH will cry. I like he will be smiling and acting giddy. I just hope he reacts in one way or the other. I think I would be disappointed if he reacts like he would normally if we were just going on a date or something.

He almost did AND our officiant was crying!

I loved our ceremony - every moment of it. I will remember it always.

I know my FH will. I kind of don't want him to because I'm awkward when people cry around me. Also, our officiant might cry because he is FH's uncle. I hope they both get it together before i get to the very front lol.

Mine totally *thought* he wasn't going to cry at all.

He cried at the first look and teared up and choked up while saying his vows.

He totally cried when the doors opened, it was so sweet Smiley smile Had to get out his hankie and everything.

I choked up during our vows, which made him get a little misty, but when he was reading his he was just beaming.
