Groom’s ring is Too Big!

So, I got INCREDIBLY lucky and won two tungsten wedding bands, but it was through an online retailer. I sell Avon on the side so I luckily had the ring sizers with me to see what FH should get. I told him to order an 8.5 because the 9 was too loose and the 8 was a tad tight. What does FH do? ORDERS THE 9! We got them in- they are GORGEOUS! (Side Note, i’m Trying to find someone to do an engraving on them as a surprise) but OF COURSE his ring is sliding all over his finger. Does anyone know if tungsten rings can get resized? What do those things that you can put on the ring look like and what are the called? Any help appreciated!

    Ring sizers are the plastic thing that look like an old telephone cord. But not really a long term solution, can you exchange the ring.

    So Google says no, tungsten rings can't be resized. I think what you're referring to is called a ring guard!

    Tungsten can't be resized. My husband and I have them. But like PP suggested you could just have plastic ring sizers around the ring so it wouldn't be loose.

    My FH did the same thing. I told him he was a 6.5 and he said that felt too small. I told him if it was a 7 it would be too big. He went ahead and got the 7 and it's too big. Ugh, MEN! Lol

    I would probably look into getting another wedding band for FH since tungsten can't be resized Smiley atonished

    Unfortunately Tungsten rings cannot be resized. That's one of the reasons we got 14k white & rise gold
