I hate to ask this personal of a question, but I was wondering what everyone has paid, or is looking to pay, for their groom's wedding band. We've seen a couple that we've liked, but seem rather expensive, but for all we know those could be average-sized. We've looked all over online trying to...

We've seen a couple that we've liked, but seem rather expensive, but for all we know those could be average-sized. We've looked all over online trying to compare pricing, but I was just curious as to what everyone thought.

FH and I had our bands custom made by a local jeweler. His ring was around $500, and is a 14k yellow gold band. We also bought him a Qalo silicon band for $25 for him to wear to work (he is an EMT) and while we are adventuring.

I paid $670 for FH's Palladium Band from James Allen. It was originally $900, but we got it on sale for Black Friday.

We paid just under $200 for a hammered titanium ring. We had looked at the tungsten but he liked the feel of the titanium. I'm getting the QALO for him as well.

This is the ring I picked for FH. It coordinates with my ring and is by the same jeweler. It's $580.

His was about $70. Mine was about the same. We looked at ones that were around $209-$250 but he insisted he liked the cheapest one the most.

His band was about $1400, it's white gold and pretty heavy. We picked it out the same day we bought mine.

I just bought his last weekend. It was I think $450 base plus $90 for the warranty plan plus tax. So like $570 after everything. Sterling silver with nine small diamonds.

Here it is above mine. I love that they match!

I know both of ours combined together was around $2800?? It was very close to $3k. FH worked with our jeweler and designed them using CADs. Then he work with the jeweler in designing the hand engraving. Both are 18kt, his is 7mm wide, mine is 4mm wide

His wedding band was more expensive than mine. We bought it at NaHoku and they match. His was $1500 and mine was $899.

Honeylife I loooooove the engraving on yours. I was so set on having either engravings or a braided band but nothing I tried on looked good with my e-ring.

I've been looking around and I think I'm going with one that is around $350 from Kohls. But since I'm an associate, I'm waiting for our Christmas associate shop day so I can get it close to 60% off.

Fh wants a simple gold band but I wanted white gold . I'll probably get it engraved with our wedding date. Have really looked into costs yet,

He didn't want anything fancy since he works in a shop/with tools and won't even be able to wear it a lot. So, we found one for $40 from Just Men's Rings. It is a great quality and better than the $500 ones he was looking at at the jewelers. It all just depends what people are looking for!

We paid $110 for a rhodium dipped sterling silver band for DH. He liked the darker look of the metal. We got it from Etsy. It was a beautiful ring. He spends a lot of time at work climbing rocks though (he literally climbs Mt Rushmore on a semi-daily basis) and has scratched off a good portion of the darker metal.
