Groomsmen Attire - Matching or Mixing It Up?

We are going to have my FH stand out. He had intended to just wear the same thing as them, but I pointed out that the bride stands out, so why shouldn’t the groom?! It is after all OUR day... not just the bride’s day.

Mixing it up, groomsmen will all match but groom will be different and small difference with the BM

We are not going to have a wedding party (more incidentally than a choice) so neither I guess.

The groomsmen matched and the groom stood out for my wedding.

Mixing it up! I love the idea of the groom and bride standing out from the rest. Especially the groom since he's obviously not wearing a wedding gown lol.

I think for me the groom will have to stand out with a different colour.

From the outside ours all matched, but my groom had a tux done with a custom American Flag lining so that part was unique

All black for the groom with dif sheens and some gold accents and then traditional black and white for groomsmen

They all match except the groomsmen have wine colored vests & ties, while the groom will have white.

All matching. All birthday suits.

Kind of both. Groom and RB wore green, BM, JGM and FOB wore lavender and the rest of the GM wore plumb. They all had the same grey pants and brown shoes.

My fiancé is actually doing a different suit than his groomsmen, they will all be wearing a dark navy and his suit will be a few shades lighter and it also has a wool texture to it so he will stand out from them for sure.
