So after chopping off a lot of my hair earlier this year, it's about halfway between my chin & my shoulders right now & I'd really like to grow it out long enough in the next year & a half to be able to put it in a nice updo. Anyone grow out their hair for their wedding? What's your secret?

So far my go to has been zero heat (blow drying, curling, straightening), biotin and prenatal vitamins. Drink plenty of water and healthy eating with lots of protein. My hair has grown about 6-8 inches since cutting it all off back in November. I'm seriously amazed! I also try to do a deep conditioning treatment every Sunday, go to bed with it on and wash it out Monday morning.
