Guest Attendance Calculator. How many accepts/declines did you get or have so far?

I remember that! It said that out of 121 guests I will have 100 accept. Right now we're at 81 yeses and they're due July 1st so we'll see how accurate it is!

Yeah these "calculators" are no where near accurate. Each guest list is different. A lot of thing effect your numbers: how close you are to the guests, if they are oot, other events happening that weekend, etc. Based on my numbers this estimated 95 yes responses, I had 65 guests at my wedding.

We invited 140, we are having 78 guests (plus us makes 80). A lot of friends and family are from out-of-state. We originally actually only invited about 130 but we were really hoping for about 80 guests and our declines were bigger than we thought so we extended a couple last minute invites to people. It really depends on the guest list, location of everyone, etc. Some people get everyone because they're all nearby, some people get less than half. It just depends.

I hope that calculator isn't right because I am hoping to be between 180 and 200 for our final count.

So, I don't have all my RSVPs in yet, but I can say that I have a much higher decline rate then they were predicting for me.

288 people - The bot says I should expect a total of 48 declines. I still have a week til my deadline, and I am at 75 declines.

We invited 152 and had 132 guests.

Our guest list was 114, right now I'm at 80 and still waiting for 11 people, if I don't hear from them by Friday they can kiss my butt lol...my deadline was the 13th

It says I will have 195 accepts and 39 declines. Right now we are at 185 accepts, 41 declines, and we are waiting to hear back from 8 (our RSVP date was 6/13/15 so we are contacting some last minute people)

I guess a lot of things can factor in, I figured 20% wouldn't show. I will have 82 people invited and I has them layout my venue and tables for 60 looks best.

So far we mailed out 95 invitations and got back 30 - all ACCEPTS. Invited 195 as of now 60 are going. Our RSVP deadline is 7/15

I'll be interested in seeing how accurate this is. We have around 150 invited and it's saying 125 yes and 25 nos. But we went through our guest list this weekend to get a feel for who we think would definitely say yes, maybe, and definitely no. We thought we'd have 87 definite yes's, 41 maybes, and 22 definite no's (they're obligatory family invites, but they've pretty much told us they can't attend before receiving the invitation so we'll see)...

MJBride: I laughed at your comment! I agree...Friday is a good cut off. I plan to do the same. My deadline is the 18th. If I don't get responses by August 1, I'm letting them know they're no longer able to attend. They probably weren't coming anyway.

We invited 50 and had about 25 show up. According to the calculator I would have 40.

We invited 182. 158 accepted. 156 attended (two no shows for health reasons)

ETA: The calculator told me 152 would accept and 30 decline, which is a fairly good estimate! In general, you can expect 15-20% to decline. The percentages get smaller for smaller weddings and get larger for destination weddings and weddings/events above 200.

According to the calculator.... we will have 166 confirmed and 34 declines.
